The Initial Meeting:

The First step whether you decide to custom build a home with us or purchase a spec home, is to arrange proper sit-down meeting to establish your needs and wants. At this point you’ll have a chance to voice any/all concerns that you may have about our building process, our standards, what sets us apart and why Belvistahomes is the choice for you. Once that's decided you may choose from a range of floor plans we’ll have selected that are closest to what you are looking for, and from there you just tell us what you would like changed. This is to ensure there’s no surprises down the road, price wise or otherwise. So call and book an appointment today!

Second Meeting/Design:

Following the initial meeting where we establish all your specific needs and you have had time to take home the specially curated floor plans, and only once you’re entirely satisfied with what we are offering, we may then draw up a contract and begin building your home. The contract is there to protect both your interest and ours so there is no surprises and everything is fully laid out, including price, approximate build time period and so forth. We make it a goal to be as transparent as possible. Once this has been signed, your work is done and the same trades team that build our high-end showhomes will begin to build your home.

        Build:

Once all of the planning is out the way all that’s left is to watch the building process unfold. The actual process as a whole happens in stages that you are free as the homeowner to view for yourself, at your convenience. Throughout this process, you will still have the liberty to design how you please, which can be as simple as choosing from our range of popular concept designs or fully custom building each step on your own. Whichever route you choose to go, we are there to support you on your journey to your new home. We work with only the best state-of the art interior upgrades which you will have a chance to select from. For many of our customers this is the best part. We are there to help bring your vision to life.  

Move In:            

The day we’ve all been working towards and waiting for is finally here! Join us as we do a thorough walk through with you in your beautiful new custom built home. We will highlight all the stunning features that make your home uniquely yours. We’ll also explain the different systems and how to properly care for your new home.

Home Warranty Policy:          

We are partnered with Progressive Home Warranty so that you can ease your mind knowing that your home is covered by a quality home warranty company. There will be two check ups in your first year to ensure all is well and functioning as it should, including all system performances. In addition, a new home buyers pamphlet from Progressive Home Warranty will guide you through many of the questions you may have regarding the maintenance of your home. You may directly call them whenever you come across and issues and they’ll be sure to respond with solution based answers.
